Our Commitment
Quality
At AVSCO, excellence is not a goal — it is a baseline. Every product we source, every project we manage, and every partnership we build is held to the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
The Golden Standard
The Gold Standard
AVSCO has built its reputation over 30 years by holding every engagement to what we call The Golden Standard — a commitment to delivering only what we would accept ourselves.
Uncompromising Product Integrity
Every valve, pump, instrument, and fitting we supply is sourced from vetted, approved manufacturers. We do not substitute, downgrade, or accept counterfeit materials under any circumstance.
Traceability & Documentation
Full material traceability is maintained from mill certificate to final delivery. Our documentation packages meet or exceed the requirements of major oil & gas operators worldwide.
Vendor Qualification
Our approved vendor list is rigorously maintained. Suppliers undergo technical audits, financial reviews, and ongoing performance evaluations before and after qualification.
On-Time, Every Time
We understand that schedule is as critical as specification. Our logistics and project teams are structured to deliver on time — even in the most challenging supply environments.
Quality Control
Quality Control
Our quality control process is embedded at every stage of the supply chain — from order placement through final inspection and delivery.
Pre-Order Review
Technical specifications are reviewed against client requirements before any purchase order is placed. Discrepancies are resolved prior to commitment.
Manufacturer Surveillance
For critical items, AVSCO coordinates third-party inspection at the manufacturer's facility, including dimensional checks, pressure testing, and material verification.
Receiving Inspection
All materials are inspected upon receipt against purchase order, data sheets, and applicable standards. Non-conformances are documented and resolved before release.
Final Release & Documentation
A complete documentation package — including MTRs, test reports, certifications, and packing lists — accompanies every shipment.
Safety Policy
Safety Policy
AVSCO is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We believe that all accidents and occupational illnesses are preventable.
Zero Tolerance for Unsafe Acts
No task is so urgent that it cannot be performed safely. Employees are empowered — and expected — to stop work when unsafe conditions are identified.
Compliance with Regulations
AVSCO complies with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations, as well as the safety requirements of our clients and project sites.
Continuous Improvement
We conduct regular safety reviews, incident investigations, and training programs to continuously improve our safety performance and culture.
Personal Responsibility
Every team member is accountable for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Safety is not a department — it is everyone's responsibility.
Client Site Compliance
When working on or supplying to client facilities, AVSCO personnel and representatives adhere strictly to the host site's safety management system and permit-to-work procedures.
Incident Reporting
All incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions are reported, investigated, and used as learning opportunities to prevent recurrence.
